Perhaps, we should know more about Rajnish Rai-The "warrior" whistler. Somebody said that since Rahul Sharma and Rajnish Rai are both Hindus, their claims are valid enough to prove that Narendra Modi is a culprit. Raja Jai Chand and Raja Man Singh too were Hindus, does that make Prithivi Raj Chauhan and Maha Rana Pratap wrong by any means? By any chance, was Mir Jaffar representing the Muslims? Just curious.
Anyway, Rajnish Rai, one of these two cops who have ''slammed'' the Modi government, was reportedly ''caught cheating in law exam''. [Hindustan Times, Ahmedabad, 28 April 2008]: ''Gujarat University Pro-Vice Chancellor NK Patel confirmed on Sunday that Rajnish Rai, a 1992 batch IPS officer, had been caught cheating on Friday. Nine others were also caught cheating at the same centre, he added. Half-an-hour later they were allowed to complete their exams, University sources said. Well, that doesn't actually justify his criminalization as many people cheat in their exams albeit at lower level than above. However, '' RE: Rai's accusation against former DGP Pande of playing a role in the elimination of Tulsiram Prajapati, some very curious facts have emerged. It is reported that Sohrabuddin's own brother, Naeemuddin, has said that no Gujarat Minister was involved in the Sohrabuddin encounter, and he made the earlier statements against the Government ''under pressure from the CBI.'' Naeemuddin also reportedly revealed that the third person that accompanied Sohrabuddin and Kausarbi in the bus from Hyderabad to Sangli, from where a team of the Gujarat police ''kidnapped'' or nabbed them before his ''encounter,'' was the notorious criminal Kalimuddin, and not Tulsi Prajapati, as concluded by the CBI. The State CID (Crime), which handled the case before it was handed over to the CBI, had named Kalimuddin to be the third person and not Tulsi Prajapati, who was also killed in another encounter a year later. From these and other facts, it is evident that Congress and its allies are carrying out a dirty war against Modi.
It is also to be noted that the region of Gujarat is prone to riots, infact, since 1736, Gujarat has witnessed more than 2500 large and small scale riots. Since 1947, it has had more than 200 riots. Under Narendra Modi since 2001 till date, there has only been 1 riot. Instead of commending the prevention of the dastardly events, some actors have made a living out of the lone event. Quite amusing is the fact that before 2001 whenever a riot happened in Gujarat, Congress party and every one including media pointed out the rioting history of Gujarat and claimed victims of the history. Now, since its NaMo, the blame has been shifted to him alone. All the history has been forgotten, and all of a sudden after getting cleared by Supreme Court appointed SIT (Special Investigation Team), some whistle blowering, apparently Imaandar (Honest) cops and civil servants have come up.
Here is a case in proof: May 2002 Rahul Sharma was ordered to assist the investigations into the Naroda Patia massacre case in Ahmedabad wherein he collected the call data for all the key numbers during the period of 2002 rioting. He was subsequently transferred. However when he moved he LEFT ABSOLUTELY NO RECORDS OR EVEN HINTS OF THE DATA he is supposed to have collected. 2004: Rahul Sharma deposits before the Nanavati commision CDs which were purportedly COPIED of the data he had collecteed in 2002. He cannot explain adequately what happened to the original CDs. State Government is rightly suspicious of his ulterior motives. As any idiot can manipulate such data, there being no original to authenticate Sharmas data. Did Sharma fail in his basic duties as required of his assignment? YES HE DID. Does Sharma have patronage from The Most Corrupt Government in Indian Politics. THAT IS MOST LIKELY.
Are there any whistle blowers for Anti-Sikh program in which thousands of Sikhs were killed? The glaring ommission from the casualties were the single scores of Hindus, Muslims, and other breeds living in India. All that because a Sikh body guard killed Indira Gandhi?
